I have been trading with Tsubot and the Tsunami software for about one year (since January, 2009). I trade the emini S&P futures almost exclusively and have been extremely happy with the results and consistency of winning trades from Day One.

After installing the software, I back-tested several time frames. For my trading style, I chose the 6250 share chart and use a 5 minute time frame on a separate monitor as an ‘anchor’ chart. Trading the 6250 in the same direction as the 5 minute chart works extremely well, especially on more volatile days. My daily target of 3 S& P points is met nearly every day that I trade, usually within the first 2-3 trades.

I have purchased 2 other programs in the past and have tested several others, but none have come close to the consistent success of Tsubot. The entries are excellent; managing the trade becomes much less subjective with clearly indicated profit targets and protective stops.

The biggest challenge for me after installing the software was developing the confidence that a ’mechanical’ program so simple and straightforward could be consistently successful. That changed after a couple weeks of paper trading, then live trading concluding that the system was SOLID. I had to clear my head in thinking that multiple indicators, charts and countless moving average lines were necessary

Even though I have been using the system for some time, I often have John G.’s training room turned on in the background. John does an excellent job and the repetition helps keep me focused and disciplined.

I am committed to using the software and would highly recommend it.

Here I’ll discuss the components of Bollinger Bands and how to interpret it to improve your online forex trading.

Bollinger Bands was developed by John Bollinger in the 1980s. It is an indicator of the currency pair’s volatility and price trend. As narrow bands suggest low volatility and wide bands suggest high volatility. The upper and lower bands also act as a strong area of resistance and support. It is also a reference of price highness and lowness compare to previous prices. When price touches the upper band, it is generally interpreted as a signal of overbought and when price touches the lower band, its interpreted as a signal of oversold.
